The young man who helped me was patient, he did not rush, and he went WAY beyond the scope of his responsibility and stayed on the line with me until the whole project was untangled and complete. I have another website completely unrelated to all my business sites which is currently at another webhost. Last night I waited for over 35 minutes for a tech to come into the chat room. They only have chat, not phone support. While I was waiting I checked out when my account was up for renewal and it is early next month. I gave up waiting, called Hostgator found out I could get a separate account for this 1 site and what I'm saving is amazing. I signed up for 3 years and will save $575.64. They make moving to Hostgator so easy as they will do it all for you! And, of course, you can reach them by phone any time you need them. Liz,
